Angel Speaks at 2nd Annual Universal FoodCare Conference
The Fresh Food Coalition hosted their 2nd Annual Universal FoodCare Conference in Snohomish, Washington on May 29th, 2024. Angel Swanson was invited to present as the keynote speaker. She spoke about food sovereignty, shared her own history/experience, as well as emphasized the importance of reducing food waste and growing your own food. Listen to her speech in the video below.
